Job Creation & household income to the Community.

CATH (NPO)
The Commercial Agricultural Training Hub will identify performing students as potential facilitators, assessors, administrative personnel and Managers into the Training centre.

A prerequisite for all CATH employees is the completion of their CATH courses.

CAP (PTY Ltd)
The Commercial Agricultural Plant (CAP) will identify performing students as potential Operational Plant workers, Plantation workers, Nursery workers, Processing Plant workers, Supervisors and Managers.

CATH Entrepreneurs
CATH wants to create a long term business relationship with our qualified students as entrepreneurs. This means that we will walk the walk with them, guiding them towards their own start-up business but MOST Importantly, mentor and coach them towards success.
Off-Take Agreements will be signed with our entrepreneurs and ALL produce will be bought and processed in the Processing Plant.

What more can a future business person ask for?

Receiving specific skills in new and fresh industries, guidance and assistance towards his start-up business, an Off-take Agreement, absorbing everything he produces as well as constant coaching and mentorship. This is a huge advantage!!

Our entrepreneurs will be put on our database and CATH system where all their produce will be bought at market related prices by CAP.
The Commercial Agricultural Plant is a processing plant where produce from our entrepreneurs will be processed, marketed and sold. CAP will therefore have Off-Take Agreements with our entrepreneurs.

CATH’s Value to the Community
– Employment and household income.
– A Business and Entrepreneurial skills community.
– Entrepreneurs creating new employment opportunities.
– Successful projects that a community can be proud of.
